On July 17, 2025, Conch New Materials organized its 2025 mid-year business analysis meeting to convey and implement the spirit of the Group’s mid-year business analysis meeting, summarize work in the first half of the year, analyze existing shortcomings, and clarify key tasks for the second half. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the Group’s 2025 mid-year business analysis meeting, announced commendation decisions for outstanding sales managers, ace managers, sales pacesetters, and star experience stores in the first half of the year. Representatives from specialized departments and subsidiaries delivered work reports, and company leaders put forward specific requirements for the second half of the year.
The meeting pointed out that in the first half of the year, all units conscientiously implemented the annual work conference spirit of the Group and the joint-stock company, proactively responded to severe challenges in the external market, actively innovated marketing models, focused on expanding incremental markets, and accelerated project development. Some positive changes emerged in the company’s operations and development structure. It emphasized the need to adhere to unchanged goals and unreduced tasks, make all-out efforts to stabilize growth and ensure benefits, focus on creating incremental products and markets, and stabilize the company’s operational foundation.
The meeting required accelerating the expansion of TO C markets, enhancing integrated product innovation and application innovation, and driving the company’s transformation from a material seller to a product and service provider. It called for active participation in international capacity cooperation and market competition, increasing investment in overseas personnel and resources, and striving to tap into incremental international markets. Efforts should be intensified to promote innovation across the workforce, strengthen product R&D, and continuously enhance the company’s core competitiveness. It also stressed accelerating the implementation of established projects and research and reserve of new initiatives, as well as scientifically formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan.
The meeting emphasized the need to carry through the study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Party Committee’s Eight-Point Code of Conduct, establish and improve long-term mechanisms for work style improvement, further strengthen and refine work practices, and strive to create a new landscape of high-quality development with renewed achievements in work style.
