Water Tanks:

Dust-Free Cutting Devices:

The blades are made of alloy materials, ensuring an ultra-long service life. Special cutting edges ensure smooth and aesthetically pleasing cuts, with blades replaceable online. Utilizing gearbox transmission, the device operates stably and reliably. It can cut profiles with a height of up to 120mm and a width of up to 160mm, offering both manual and automatic cutting functions.

Extrusion Equipment:

Extruders are mechanical equipment used for processing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics, featuring strong plasticizing ability, corrosion resistance, multi-functional adaptability, energy efficiency, stability, and a high degree of automation control. Key electrical components are sourced from renowned domestic and international brands. Co-extruders can produce co-extruded materials such as PVC/PMMA/ASA, achieving lateral, longitudinal movement, and 360-degree rotation through simple adjustments, with a height adjustment range of 1000mm-1600mm and manual fine-tuning of +/-5mm. They are mainly used for colored co-extrusion and rubber strip co-extrusion production.

With an annual production capacity of 400 sets of plastic extrusion molds and 12,000 sets of aluminum molds, our products are exported overseas and collaborate with numerous well-known enterprises.
