In order to earnestly implement the spirit of the annual work conferences of the Group and the listed company and accelerate the pace of internationalization, Conch New Materials (hereinafter referred to as "Conch New Mat") initiated the construction of a doors and windows project in Uzbekistan at the beginning of 2025, based on thorough research and demonstration. On April 21, 2025, the Conch New Mat project team in Uzbekistan reached a business cooperation agreement with Tashkent-based Regi Smart Doors & Windows Co., Ltd. Subsequently, the first batch of 21 tons of aluminum profiles was successfully shipped, breaking the monopoly of local brands and achieving a "zero" breakthrough in sales volume in Uzbekistan.

Since its establishment at the beginning of the year, the Uzbekistan project team has adhered to the working approach of simultaneously advancing "market expansion and project construction." Prioritizing market development, and leveraging resources such as Tashkent Conch Cement and Xinjiang Profile Company, the team has visited over 100 customers in Central Asian countries and more than 20 large-scale project construction sites. Currently, it has completed the establishment of distribution points in three key cities: Almaty, Kazakhstan; Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; and Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Since the beginning of this year, a cumulative sales volume of 71 tons has been achieved, marking a promising start in market expansion in Central Asia.
In the next step, the Uzbekistan project team will continue to leverage the overall advantages of the Group Company, advance the project construction in an orderly manner, improve the distribution network in the Central Asian market, continuously promote collaborative sales, accelerate the accumulation of door and window orders, lay a solid market foundation for the project's commissioning, and strive to achieve the expected goal of reaching production standards immediately upon commissioning.
